  What does it mean to have it Your Way?
It is so easy for our lives and businesses to get out of balance.  Day to day we juggle our businesses/careers, our family (children, spouse, parents), home, friends, pets, clubs, church, civic organizations,  and if we have enough time left we fit in some self-care.  And yet, we don't want to give up anything, we chose all these roles.  But what happens is, we begin to feel out of control, unorganized and chaotic, our to-do list is never ending. Our personal relationships, business/career, and even our health begins to suffer! We find ourselves just doing what has to be done next without really showing up in our own lives.  We lose sight of our passion, creativity and confidence and find ourselves out of balance, probably both mentally and physically.  When you physically get out of shape you know what need; diet, exercise, and a personal trainer to keep you on track.  But what can you do when your life or business gets out of balance?  The answer is somewhat the same, eliminate energy drains and time wasters (diet), learn how to focus your energy and accomplish goals (exercise), and create concrete strategies to develop Your Business and Your Life, Your Way!
